Brazilian Agate: Brazil produces some of the world’s best and most abundant agates and this one that stands out for its unusual formations and crystalline area. The beautiful crystal pocket lined with agate fortifications shows off a fine example of Agate lined Quartz Crystal. The other random crystal strata area creates the image of an exploding pacific wave crashing onto a coastal beach. This specimen shows many layers of different colored Agate bandings or fortifications around the perimeter. Many Brazilian Agates create images of surf and island scenes and this one is a wonderful example of the artwork found in some of these specimens.
