The most important deposits are found in Canada, Finland and Madagascar. This specimen comes from the Toliara Province in Madagascar which produces some of the finest and brightest material. This top quality specimen radiates a full spectrum of chatoyant blue and gold patterns which create intense flashes in this amazing stone. Whether observed under bright lights or softer ambient lighting, the dancing sheets of iridescent colors will always delight the viewer with a brilliant ever-changing panorama.
